Dale Robertson DMSc, PA-C

**Dr. Dale Robertson's** professional biography highlights a distinguished career spanning clinical practice, healthcare education leadership, and military service. A Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with over 18 years of clinical experience, Dr. Robertson has dedicated more than a decade to PA education, holding significant roles such as Program Director, programmatic consultant, Associate Program Director, and Clinical Coordinator at various institutions.

He is a recognized expert in programmatic compliance and curriculum development, known for creating comprehensive Program Assessment & Evaluation systems and ensuring adherence to ARC-PA standards. Academically, he holds a **Doctorate of Medical Science (DMSc)** from Rocky Mountain University (2021), in addition to Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Washington Medex Northwest PA program.

A published author and presenter at major conferences like the ARC-PA inaugural conference, Dr. Robertson previously served for 14 years as a Respiratory Therapist. He is also a proud, honorably discharged U.S. Army veteran. Currently practicing family medicine, he continues to provide valuable consultation to students, faculty, and university leadership.

Dr Pen Hou, MD, MS

**Pen Hou, MD, MS,** grew up in China and earned his medical degree at Beijing Medical University in 1986. He later moved to the U.S. and completed a master's in molecular biology, followed by his MD. He gained his U.S. Family Medicine Board certification after his residency.

He has been licensed in WA since 2005, working in several clinical settings, including rural, urban, inpatient, urgent care, ER, and military. Dr. Hou is also a current U.S. Washington Air National Guard officer and military physician.
